Teaching someone a skill is the best way to empower them. A strong pillar of our initiative has been about teaching people how to ride a bike. But you can do it too! In just five easy steps, you can teach someone the operatives and give them the confidence to bike.

Note to the teachers – Please ensure the following hygiene checks before starting your class:

  1. Check the bike: Tyre pressure, Suitable height
  2. Protective gear: Helmet, Knee & elbow pads (if required)
  3. Uncrowded, Safe and Broad road

Note to the students:

  1. Wear comfortable clothes
  2. No loose pants, they shouldn’t get caught in the chain
  3. Properly tied shoes

Feel free to write to us for videos from our Bicycle Learning Program if you’d like some visual aid to teach.
